Import a program
Open Programs → Import JSON. Select your file, review the plan, then confirm. If it is already in your library, the app offers an update. The sample below provides a complete starting file.

Open More → Export backup to save a JSON copy. Store it somewhere you can access before switching phones, clearing app data or uninstalling. Cloud sync is optional and currently in preview.
Android testing
Invited testers install and update NoLimitLift through Google Play. Export a backup before switching from an existing MaxFit preview.
Browser preview
Use the preview to explore the workout interface. It stores data locally in your browser. Native Health Connect access, background rest alarms and encrypted Android credential storage require the installed Android app.
